The UC Santa Cruz Retiree & Emeriti Center recognizes the importance of retired staff and faculty as lifelong members of the UC Santa Cruz community. The Center’s primary goal is to be a resource for all retirees while keeping them engaged with the university. Joining either the Retiree Association or the Emeriti Association is a great way to stay connected with colleagues!

Retiree & Emeriti Center's mission

The mission of the Retiree & Emeriti Center is to provide a resource for faculty and staff of UC Santa Cruz as they transition to and engage in retirement.  The Center also serves as an advocate for retirees and emeriti and assists in maintaining their connection to the University.  This mission is achieved in collaboration with the Emeriti Association, Retirees Association, and the Senate Committee on Emeriti Relations, by providing information, programs and services that contribute to the continued involvement, well-being, and creativity of all retired faculty, staff, and their families.
